GP2: Conway joins Honda’s young driver programme
It’s official – Mike Conway’s got a testing role with Honda, according to the team, which confirmed his selection earlier this month. The new Trident Racing signing will be complete a GP2 season for that team – but will also contribute to a set number of days with Honda assigned by the FIA for evaluating new drivers while developing its new car.
F1: Barcelona testing report day two (February 26)
Lewis Hamilton will have a smile on his face in the run-in to the season-opening race in Melbourne, if the latest Barcelona test times are anything to go by. McLaren managed a one-two on a day when the team’s minds were on the forthcoming Australian Grand Prix, and most of the race drivers put in race distances on the testing circuit.

Lewis Hamilton kept his McLaren’s nose ahead of both Kimi Raikkonen and Michael Schumacher in the closely-fought first day of the latest Barcelona test. The British driver put in a fastest lap of 1:22.276, beating Raikkonen by less than a tenth of a second, and Schumacher by just over a tenth.
