Brits on Pole: the fightback begins

Time for us to admit what has happened to our team in round six of the McLaren Grand Prix League fantasy F1 competition. And, actually, things are looking up.
Not very far because, thanks to our insane optimism about Super Aguri’s season, we’re playing with two teams instead of the three that we should have. And we’ve invested heavily in Nick Heidfeld, Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima, need we say more?
But, despite all this doom and gloom, we put on 259 places after Monaco. Our score wasn’t great – 312 points compared to the leader’s 454. And it’s down on our 318 from Turkey.
But interestingly (to us, anyway) the scoring has been remarkably consistent – in a range between 343 at our best race, Australia, and 311 at our worst, Spain.
We’re now a glorious 14,519th out of a total of 19,621 players. Let the fightback begin!
