Sunday March 7th 2010 may prove to be a crucial staging-post on the journey back to full viability for one of the country’s best-loved tracks: the day the fans and circuit management came together with a common intention – to see the thrilling spectacle of racers on four wheels and two barrelling through the Craner Curves again.

Here are some of the sights from the day – the cars, the crowds, and the work that’s needed before the circuit is back up to scratch.
