  • F1: Is Christian Horner a smarter team boss than Ron Dennis?

If Kimi Raikkonen had been partnered at McLaren in 2005 by David Coulthard rather than Juan-Pablo Montoya then he would have got those crucial extra points and challenged Fernando Alonso for the drivers’ championship. With the re-writing of motorsport history that this would have entailed.

  • DTM 2011: Paffett and Jarvis prepare for hard-fought season

Imagine that the UK’s British Touring Car Championship was on the back page of every newspaper, discussed in every pub, bus queue and office, and generally followed with the same intensity as football.

  • Mark Blundell: “If I’m not in it, I can’t win it”

It’s a sunny spring day in a pretty market town in Hertfordshire’s most northerly corner and, as shoppers bustle through Royston’s winding streets, the hectic, fast-paced world of motor racing could not seem further away.
