F1: Put your questions to Murray Walker

Here’s something great that’s been going for a while - but we’ve, er, only just come across it.

The national treasure that is Murray Walker is about to do a filmed interview with Kevin Garside of the Daily Telegraph. Readers are being invited to submit questions for the vintage commentator, now 84 and still going strong despite giving up regular commentary in 2001.

If you’ve ever wondered what he rates as the sport’s greatest moment, whether Michael Schumacher was a blessing or a curse or whether he ever uttered a ‘Murrayism’ that he felt embarrassed about, well - now’s your chance to ask.

You need to leave your question as a comment on this page of the Telegraph site and you’ve got until the end of the week to do it.

We’ve already submitted ours - good luck!

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed, or put your name down for the free e-book we're producing with all our race coverage from the 2008 season (see the sidebar for the sign-up form). Thanks for visiting!
