Team GBR and the Irish will again be locked together on the A1GP grid, qualifying first and second in Sepang for tomorrow’s feature race, and sixth and seventh for the sprint.
Team GB pilot Danny Watts has laid down a marker for this weekend’s event in Sepang, Malaysia, after topping the timesheets in the first rookie practice session and then improving on that to take the fastest lap of the weekend so far.

Britain and Ireland each grabbed a pair of podiums as A1GP visited China - but it was the Irish who came off better, Adam Carroll winning the sprint race while Danny Watts saw victory in the feature race slip away in the pitstops.
